Cool Gardens – Irrigation

Panks have worked with Cool Gardens, a leading Buckinghamshire landscape contractor, for many years now. Recently they were involved of a complete transformation of a property at Chalfont St Peter.
We were asked to install a full irrigation system and included a bore hole** that was drilled to 110m into the chalk to provide water for the house, irrigation system, water features and paddocks.

The system was installed with the assistance of Cool Garden’s staff and included Hunter sprinklers on the lawn areas, pressure compensated drip pipe to beds and borders and Rainbird root watering system to the trees. This gives water to the root area and in future years encourages air to the root zone for healthy balance.

All controlled by a Hunter Hydra wise controller that is Wi-Fi operated and is monitored by us as well as the owner so that any problems in the future can easily be identified and addressed.

The water for the house did not require any chemical treatment apart from a softener, an Ultra Violet unit was fitted as a precautionary measure.
