Panks Auto Electrical are looking for a Telesales Operative to work in our very successful and friendly team. You would need to be a team player and have great customer service skills with an excellent telephone manners.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage both in- and outbound calls to and from customers
- Vehicle Registration lookups
- Looking up parts/part numbers, identifying parts required
- Raising Invoices
- Positively representing the company, being polite & courteous
- Developing product knowledge
- Working on the trade counter, welcoming customers & assisting with enquires
Skills needed
- Numerate, literate and good computer skills
- Good team worker
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Attention to detail
Working hours would be 8.30 am -5.30 pm. Working 42.5 hours per week with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break or 40 hours per week with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
There would be a 3-6 month probationary period, then permanent for the right candidate.
