Panks Planning Process
At Panks, you can trust us to provide the most reliable and efficient solutions for you, and therefore, value for money. Our goal is the same as yours; a complete and successful project which meets your specifications.
Our contracts manager and engineers work closely with you to understand your requirements. We can assess and advise, design and specify – or work with predetermined plans.
Once we have secured a contract on any project we undertake, after site visits and initial consultations with you (and any other involved parties or contractors), we get to work.
Our project planning begins with a procurement schedule to ensure all necessary equipment is purchased and ready on site where and when it is needed.
Using specialised software we set a Programme of Works for the job, setting out a detailed time scale of what will happen and when; from site set-up, right through to commissioning and handover to the client.
We calculate a critical path for works, with jobs clearly identified and defined on a daily and weekly basis. This Programme of Works is reviewed with you and agreed with all other contractors before work commences to ensure a smoothly running site.
If we are not chosen as the main contractor on site you can rely on us to input towards, and work reliably to schedules, set by other agencies.
